Convenience, location to both Ames & Des Moines. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Omelettes were delicious and not just eggs any style they also have waffles. They have a nice bar the staff is very helpful.

The price was great. They called me to double check if I still wanted the rooms on the day of….? I was at a George Strait concert in Ames and couldn’t hear the phone… bothersome. The $$ had already been deducted from my credit card.

BREAKFAST IS ALSO GOOD AND MY HUSBAND LOVE HIS BREAKFAST. NICE STAFF AND DINNING AREA WAS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY, STATE FAIR WAS EASY TO GET THERE AND BACK.

No complaints on the room until one of the pilar from the ceiling drop down to the floor and it scar my children and my family. Disappointed that the owner didnt even bother to either lower my fee or give me accommodation free room fir future use. Its not my fault that the Pilar fell down and the front desk guy couldnt even switch my family and I to another room so we couldnt sleep all night cause we were afraid that the other 2 Pilars might fall on us!! Breakfast was not offered or mentioned to us. The bed was comfortable.
